Service Description

The In Person Private Session allows you to dive deeper into your yoga practice and see progress more readily with a laser focus on you and your goals with the possibility for hands on adjustments if supportive. Can include asana, breathwork, tarot/oracle cards, self-inquiry practices, meditation, mindfulness exercises, and embodiment practices. After an initial consult to determine how to best serve you, I'll customize a session or session package to support you in your goals. This is ideal if you're looking for a super personalized and focused practice tailormade for you.
